CODE OF ETHICS

  • Event producers, as members of the Professional Show Managers Association PSMA, shall adhere to high ethical and business standards consistent with the promotion and operation of the event production business.
  • Members shall encourage honest and complete representation of their events to exhibitors and attendees.
  • Contracts pertaining to the production of consumer shows must be adhered to by PSMA members and participating exhibitors.
  • Exhibitors in PSMA-member events will be expected to maintain high ethical standards pursuant to exhibit appearance and business practices.
  • All merchandise exhibited at PSMA members’ shows must be honestly represented by those offering it for sale.
  • PSMA members will promote the collective interests of the association, its individual members, and the consumer event industry.
