YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO A WRITTEN RECEIPT CONTAINING THE FOLLOWING:

  1. The exhibitor’s name and contact information.
  2. The date of the sale and if applicable, the date and mode of delivery.
  3. The purchase price, method of payment and any applicable sales tax listed separately.
  4. A complete description of the merchandise sold, including any pertinent descriptive details.

A WRITTEN RECEIPT IS YOUR ASSURANCE THAT WHAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED IS AS REPRESENTED. IT IS YOUR INITIAL FORM OF RECOURSE SHOULD THE NEED ARISE.
