YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO A WRITTEN RECEIPT CONTAINING THE FOLLOWING:
- The exhibitor’s name and contact information.
- The date of the sale and if applicable, the date and mode of delivery.
- The purchase price, method of payment and any applicable sales tax listed separately.
- A complete description of the merchandise sold, including any pertinent descriptive details.
A WRITTEN RECEIPT IS YOUR ASSURANCE THAT WHAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED IS AS REPRESENTED. IT IS YOUR INITIAL FORM OF RECOURSE SHOULD THE NEED ARISE.
